Super easy and economic suggestion for a sweet pie, made of common leftovers, that will make your breakfasts a pleasure. Even the most amateur chef could prepare this one!
Preparation time: 1h
Ingredients:
3-4 (preferably overripe) pears
100g of crumb of stale bread cut into cubes
75g dark chocolate broken into small pieces
100 g sugar
3 eggs
300 ml lukewarm milk
50 g flour
A pinch of salt
Unsweetened cocoa powder
First of all, sift the flour into a bowl and then add sugar and salt to it. Beat the eggs and add them to the mix. Finally, add milk and stir all ingredients well with a spoon to create a very thin (liquid) dough. Do not worry if the flour has small lumps, these will disappear when baked. Cut the bread into cubes. Peel and cut the pears into cubes or slices. Line a pie plate/ dish with greaseproof paper and then pour in the bread mixed with the pears. Pour the chocolate chips over the mixture and at the end pour in the dough. Bake at 180° C for about 40 minutes. Serve when it's cold, sprinkled with cocoa powder.
