Chicken Salad

A light, cool and tasty chicken salad with rice and other ingredients that are usually forgotten in the fridge.

 

 

 

Preparation time: 30 min

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 a boiled chicken

  • Salad of choice

  • 3 slices of ham

  • 3 slices of Gruyere cheese

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 2 small tomatoes

  • 1 green or red pepper

  • Boiled rice

  • Some black olives

  • Parsley

  • Vinaigrette (oil-vinegar ratio, 2: 1)

 

Cut cheese, ham, peppers and the tomatoes (without skin) into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients with the chicken. Pour on the vinaigrette and garnish with olives and parsley. Add the vinaigrette just before serving. Store it in the fridge without the vinaigrette sauce, to increase it lasts longer.
