"Boats" filled with Minced Meat and Béchamel
This is the perfect recipe for any left over minced meat that you don't want to waste!

Cooked Minced Meat
Cut the courgettes in half and remove some of the courgette flesh with a spoon. Fry the courgettes to soften them. Add salt and pepper, then fill them with minced meat and the leftover courgette flesh. Finally add the béchamel sauce and bake them in the oven until they start to brown.
